Vietcombank
Richard Turlington Architects was the Lead Production Consultant for Pelli Clarke & Partners on this incredible skyscraper for Vietcombank located in downtown Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. We oversaw construction onsite, in Vietnam.
During the unique top-down building process, we documented the substructure parking and office areas, coordinated the structural transition from a podium to a tower, and noted all the peripheral grade structures. Completion cost of the finished 34-story tower with a 4-level, below-ground parking structure was $80M.
